A big thankyou to the Rutland Velo club for promoting the final counting round of this years series at their Greetham Golf Club venue. Paul Slater and the team put on a great event. With the help of Ryan Henry they certainly made the most of the testing terrain around the 4 x 4 trials field including some roller coaster humps and bumps, off camber turns and twisty banked sections. Riders where treated to a FREE SIS energy bar before they started and then their race numbers went into a raffle for the chance to win 1 of 6 cycle computers donated by Rutland Water Cycles and one lucky winner got the chance to walk away with a £100 cordless pressure washer donated by Nomad.
I have loads of uncollected prizes from previous rounds. I will post an up to date list and winners can collect them at the BBQ. (more…)

This is a fun race venue that has hosted FNSS races before. It has plenty of fast twisty singletrack and an open park area ideal for the family to watch from while they tuck into food and ice creams from the cafe. Kids races too. Well recommended and £100 up fro grabs for the really quick boys.

Round 11 – Results
A few problems with the scoring system tonight, I think there was an “extra rogue” electronic tag on a bike/rider that caused the system to crash on the first lap. I managed to get it up and running just after the leaders came through to start their second lap. Please ignore the number of laps, race time and first lap time. The other lap times are OK. If you see any problems with you position let me know.
